We can provide a refund if your item is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we can not offer a refund on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online.

Please email us at hello@wehavelooselips.com within 30 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase and we can resolve any issues.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense for all refunds. We will let you know once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We suggest using a tracked service to return the goods. You will be responsible for any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. LOOSELIPS will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
