We can provide a refund if your item is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately we can not offer refunds or returns on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. We do not offer refunds or returns on items that were purchased with a discount code.

All free gifts are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives or any other gift. If your order fails to qualify for a free gift after a refund, the gift should be returned unopened and in its original condition, or we will deduct the full price of the gift from your refund.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense for all refunds. We will let you know once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We suggest using a tracked service to return the goods. You will be responsible for any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. LOOSELIPS will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
