We can provide a refund if your unused and unopened item is returned within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. 

Unfortunately, due to hygiene reasons, we can not offer refunds or returns on opened or used products and do not offer exchanges online. We do not offer refunds or returns on items that were purchased with a discount code (sale items).

Free gift terms and conditions: All free gifts are subject to availability, non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives or any other gift. Free gifts are limited to one free gift per eligible order. If your order fails to qualify for a free gift after a refund, the gift should be returned unopened and in its original condition, or we will deduct the full price of the gift from your refund.

The cost of return shipping is at the customer's expense for all refunds. We will let you know once your return has been received and approved. The refund will be processed to the original method of payment. We suggest using a tracked service to return the goods. You will be responsible for any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. LOOSELIPS will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Allergic Reactions Do not buy if you are not prepared to take the risk of an allergic reaction. Our lip lifter is an irritation based lip plumper and some irritation is expected. We outline the ingredients in all our products and it is your responsibility to read this list to determine if you might be allergic to the ingredients. We recommend patch testing all of our products prior to use. Looselips accepts no responsibility for any reactions caused by Looselips products, and does not accept back products for this reason.
