It usually takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed so keep an eye out for a shipping confirmation email. Be sure to check your junk/spam mail to see if it might be hiding in there.
For our friends from NZ and USA standard shipping is also free.
In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Help! I entered the wrong address!
If you enter the wrong address, please contact us ASAP by emailing email@example.com with your order number and name. If we haven't sent your parcel yet, we can easily change your address.
In the event that a shipping address has been incorrectly entered and cannot be delivered, Australia post will return the item to sender. It can take up to 10 business days for us to receive it. In this case we will contact the customer to resend the item and a $12 Australia Post Return to Sender fee will be charged.
