It usually takes 1-2 business days for your order to be processed so keep an eye out for a shipping confirmation email. Be sure to check your junk/spam mail to see if it might be hiding in there.


We ship with Australia Post. Spend any amount you want and you'll get free standard shipping. Australia the lucky country - no worries!

For our friends from NZ standard shipping is also free.

For all our international friends we offer super cheap international shipping of only $9.95 AUD.

 LOOSELIPS is not responsible for and are not obliged to refund for the below reasons:

  • Shipping address that has been incorrectly entered by the customer upon placing the order. In the event that a shipping address has been incorrectly entered and cannot be delivered, Australia post will Return to Sender which can take up to 10 business days for us to receive it. We will then re-send the parcel to the customer and new shipping charges may apply.

  • Lost or delayed parcels once lodged with Australia Post.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 1 business day to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
